Changelog
Loop surfaces a changelog link in its help center header, and it is the page merchants check before asking support whether something changed. Worth publishing on a real cadence rather than letting it go stale — an out-of-date changelog is worse than none.
Format
Section titled “Format”One entry per release, newest first:

### Added- Short, merchant-readable description of what is now possible.
### Changed- What behaves differently, and what you need to do about it.
### Fixed- Only things a merchant would have noticed.Write entries for the person configuring the product, not the person who wrote the code.
